Ten dead in dawn building collapse in eastern China

Ten people died when four residential buildings collapsed in eastern China shortly before dawn on Monday.

Fifteen people were pulled from the debris, but onlyfive survived the collapse of the four multistorey buildings in the Lucheng industrial zone in Wenzhou, Zhejiang province, at about 4am, Zhejiang Daily reported.

Rescuers were still verifying the number of people who were buried in debris, Xinhua said.
