Video footage of two men in eastern China spitting in each other’s faces during an argument has gone viral on the internet.

The two started spitting at each other in front of the police station in Liangshan county in Shandong province after a business row became heated.

The two men were detained by the police as spitting in public is illegal, according to a report by the People’s Daily.

This is the second video which has gone viral this month showing Chinese men spitting at each other’s faces.

A video was shared online two weeks ago showing two men engaged in a nearly minute-long “spitting war”. Detail of the incident were not clear, but the two men in the video were also surrounded by police.
