Final farewell to a man who knew his own mind
Hui Kam-chee was never afraid to share his views on talk show, but did not get angry with others and listened to opposing viewpoints

Family members, politicians and fellow "Victoria Park uncles", paid tribute yesterday to a loyal contributor to RTHK's weekly City Forum at his memorial service yesterday.
Hui Kam-chee, who was a regular member of the public affairs programme's rowdy park audience since 1992, decided to donate his body to medical science two weeks before he died from multiple cancers on August 26, at the age of 81.
"He's done something special ... I hope what he's done can inspire more people to do the same," said his daughter Anthonia Hui.
Hui's good deed has already motivated at least three people - his youngest daughter May and two of his granddaughters - to sign up for the body donation programme run by the University of Hong Kong's faculty of medicine.
Legislative Council president Jasper Tsang Yok-sing, lawmakers Tam Yiu-chung and Ip Kok-him, who are all members of the pro-Beijing Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong, were among those paying their final tributes.
"He had perseverance - to express views he thought were positive - but at the same time he listened to others' views. He had a personality that earned respect, especially from young people," said DAB chairman Tam, who knew Hui for more than 20 years.
