Chef battle! Harlan Goldstein challenges Gordon Ramsay to boxing match
The self-proclaimed 'number one celebrity chef of Hong Kong', Harlan Goldstein, has challenged bad-boy Gordon Ramsay to a charity boxing match.

The self-proclaimed “number one celebrity chef of Hong Kong”, Harlan Goldstein, has thrown down the gauntlet to culinary bad-boy Gordon Ramsay by challenging the Hell’s Kitchen star to a charity boxing match.
And what’s more, Goldstein has called on Italian food aficionado Jamie Oliver to officiate the bout.
“Let’s see if Mr Ramsay is as big as his mouth is,” said Goldstein, who has pledged HK$100,000 to local charity Little Sisters of the Poor and hopes to raise HK$2 million in the coming days.
“I’m not a professional boxer and this f****** Ramsay is very fit. He runs biathlons, but I’ll give it my best shot. I’ll be the winner,” said the owner of Gold in Central.
Ramsay was an obvious opponent, said Goldstein, after the foul-mouthed Briton set up shop in the same building as Gold earlier this year.
“I want to show him some love. He’s my neighbour. I want to knock him out.”
Ramsay has yet to respond to the challenge, which was first issued on Facebook by Goldstein’s trainer, four times Muay Thai world champion Alain Ngalani.
