The South China Morning Post has been named the No1 local newspaper by Marketing magazine in an annual survey.

The South China Morning Post has been named the No1 local newspaper by Marketing magazine in an annual survey.
A Media Benchmarking Survey by the magazine asked marketers to name the newspapers, magazines and television stations they would use to target customers.
SCMP Group magazines Cosmopolitan and Esquire also received top billing in their categories of women's and men's magazines respectively.
"The Media Spend Benchmarking Survey substantiates our publications' impact and reach for advertisers to highlight their products and services to consumers," said Elsie Cheung, SCMP Group chief operating officer.
More than 400 advertisers were asked in an online questionnaire to name the publications they would use to target consumers from luxury to electronics.
The poll aims to understand which media platforms are valued the most by local advertisers.
