Dream job? Motorsport internship open to Hong Kong fans will see winner paid HK$62k for five days work in pit stop
Contest offers an internship under ace driver Dan Wells and a spin in a Formula Renault

Described as a "first of its kind" in Asia, the winner will join a team of mechanics from local-based team BlackArts Racing to get its driver Dan Wells ready for races at one of the stops in an unspecified entry-level race preceding the Formula One competition - tentatively scheduled for Malaysia next spring or early summer.
"The internship winner will basically be in charge of my projects, making sure that my schedule, which includes nutrition, water intake, working with my data engineer and my driver coach, to make sure that I am ready for the race itself," said the 24-year-old Briton, who will oversee the internship himself.
"They are also going to be embedded in the BlackArts Racing team where they are going to learn how to change tyres, how to set tyre pressures, how the engineering of the car works, how we make changes before each session."
Asked if the intern would actually be changing tyres for him, Wells said: "If there's no pit stop during the race, it will be during a qualifying session, so there's not too much pressure for them to do it in a particular time."
The job is open to all local residents aged over 18 with valid travel documents. Applicants will need to describe their passion for the job in 200 words. The 10 finalists will then need to pass an interview, a written test on race rules and a public vote by shoppers at a Sha Tin shopping mall, which is co-organising the event.
