Good morning, Hong Kong - it’s about 15 degrees outside but it’s heating up in here as we continue to pore over chief executive CY Leung’s speech.

Good international news this morning though - the ten American sailors held by Iranian authorities have been released, quickly and unharmed.

The weather will start to turn sour today with cloud and rain patches moving in later in the afternoon, ahead of a wet and gloomy weekend.
