Young people in post-Occupy Hong Kong want to have fun while supporting a meaningful cause, according to organisers of the screening of a secret X-rated film in Sai Kung this week that will call for changes in sex education.

The idea of consumption for a cause is behind the fundraising event - a pre-screening party that will end with a viewing of the unnamed English-language show that promises to be "fun" and "erotic", but not pornographic.

Ticket buyers will not know what they are in for until they turn up at the six-decade-old Clear Water Bay Film Studio on Friday, organiser Goooood Secrets says.

It believes the event will be a draw in itself, and more so when the charity factor is added.

Ticket prices range from HK$150 to HK$250, with the higher prices including refreshment and transport to the venue.

"We are not charging people more, because part of it will go to charity," Michel Hui Mung-yee, who was responsible for the event's promotion, said.
