Facebook hunt for couple who lost treasured holiday snaps in Hong Kong taxi on New Year’s Eve
The photographs include a selfie of the couple against the city’s skyline

Facebook users have launched an online search for a couple who lost their treasured holiday photos when their camera was left in a Hong Kong taxi on New Year’s Eve.
The young couple, believed to be German, accidentally dropped their digital camera in the cab on December 31 last year.

Meredith Lutz Cabarrus, from Tsim Sha Tsui, later discovered the device and held it for safe-keeping.
She shared some of its photographs on Facebook this week, including a selfie of the couple against the Hong Kong skyline, in a bid to track them down.
