Almost 2,400 people attended an open day for a rare glimpse into the home of Beijing's diplomatic operations in Hong Kong. Visitors were invited to join guided tours while a series of artworks promoting the country's "One Belt, One Road" development initiative were on show. Commissioner Song Zhe said he hoped the open house day would allow the public to gain a better understanding of the country's diplomatic work. The office last held an open day in May.
