After a record-breaking rainy start to the year and a cold snap that broke records, Hong Kong saw in the end of the New Year week with an interesting mix of humidity and fog. Due to a maritime airstream, humidity levels climbed over 85 per cent, as Hong Kong’s world renowned skyline vanished inside the fog that crept in from Victoria Harbour. According to the Hong Kong Observatory, the mean temperature for February traditionally starts at a low of 15 with a high of 18.5 degrees Celsius.
