It is going to get cooler in Hong Kong on Thursday, with the temperature expected to drop to as low as 18 degrees Celsius (64 degrees Fahrenheit).

According to the Hong Kong Observatory, pressure over the northern part of southern China is rising, while wind and rain is expected to reach the south China coastal areas over the next 12 hours.

On Wednesday, the city enjoyed sunny periods and moderate winds, with a maximum temperature of about 25 degrees Celsius, according to the Observatory.

However, cooler weather is expected over the next day or so, with a maximum temperature of 21 degrees, and a minimum of 18 degrees, forecast for Thursday. Some rain is also expected, with brighter periods later in the day.
