15 Hong Kong green groups accuse government of rushing through environmental assessment of Lantau project

  • The groups say authorities have failed to consider alternative solutions to city’s land shortage problem
  • They have called on the Environmental Protection Department to ‘act as a gatekeeper’ and reject three project profiles by the government that they say were rushed through
