Coronavirus: Hong Kong residents may be allowed quarantine-free travel to mainland China ‘before Lunar New Year if pilot scheme gets green light’
- Two mainland sources say scheme will allow a quota big enough to meet demands of most Hongkongers seeking to cross border during festive season
- But travellers will still be required to undergo three days of medical surveillance
