Hong Kong’s bakers told to switch up ingredients after cookies and biscuits found to contain chemicals linked to cancer
- Consumer Council tested 58 different products last year and found high levels of chemicals in 90 per cent
- Study also revealed that snacks are often mislabelled, and one contained 210 per cent more sugar than advertised
