Hong Kong fourth wave: weekly restaurant takings surge 40 per cent after rules relaxed
- Many restaurants say revenues have increased after residents were allowed to dine-in till 10pm and in groups of up to four people from Thursday
- But response to Leave Home Safe contact-tracing app has remained lukewarm
