Hong Kong Urban Renewal Authority project to redevelop hidden park and 9 tenement buildings will revitalise ageing Sai Ying Pun district
- The project, which will displace about 100 households and 20 retail shops, will take 10 years to complete
- Sai Ying Pun residents say they’ll miss their neighbours the most and hope they do not have to leave the area
