From ticket redemption to transport arrangements, here is what attendees of the opening ceremony should look out for

The highly anticipated grand opening follows nearly 20 test runs conducted over the past four months to ensure the venue is ready to smoothly host a plethora of major events from concerts by bands such as Coldplay to sporting tournaments like rugby’s Hong Kong Sevens.
The Post breaks down what you need to know about the sports park, ahead of the opening ceremony at its main stadium – the largest in the city with 50,000 seats – scheduled to take place at 6.30pm on Saturday.
1. What is Kai Tak Sports Park?
The Kai Tak Sports Park is a multi-sports development located at the site of the old Hong Kong airport.
First mooted in 2007, it will have a 50,000-seat main stadium with a retractable roof, an indoor sports centre with 10,000 seats and a public sports ground with 5,000 seats.
The project is central to the government’s drive to stage major sporting and entertainment events.
