A dispute between a Hong Kong couple over an affair turned bloody when a woman attacked her husband with a meat cleaver, leaving him fighting for his life in hospital on Wednesday.

Emergency personnel were called in after the fight broke out in the pair’s flat in Hong Lok Mansion on Argyle Street, Mong Kok at about 7.30pm on Tuesday.
