Hong Kong man arrested hours after attack that left American working for US consulate bleeding in the street

  • The 43-year-old facilities manager was walking on Garden Road when the suspect approached him from behind and punched him in the head
  • Police said no motive for the attack was yet known but that they believed the assailant was acting under the influence of drugs
