Suspect arrested, HK$23 million worth of drugs, including cocaine and ketamine, seized in raids on 2 Hong Kong flats

  • Police find 27kg of cocaine and 3.6kg of liquid ketamine in two flats, one used for storage and the other used to manufacture drugs
  • Suspect, 34, put up vicious struggle and was detained on suspicion of drug trafficking and obstructing police in the execution of their duty, according to force
