Male teacher at Hong Kong Catholic girls’ school arrested after hidden toilet camera found
Male teacher admitted committing the crime and was arrested last week, sources said

A male teacher at an elite Catholic secondary school for girls in Hong Kong has been arrested after a hidden camera was discovered in a school toilet, the Post has learned.
Sources said on Monday night that the teacher from St Mary’s Canossian College had admitted to planting the camera and was arrested on the evening of October 7 at the school in Tsim Sha Tsui, with two pupils listed as victims.
A cleaner discovered the hidden camera while working, and upon inspection, found recordings of the two victims, one source said.
The school said in a statement issued earlier on Monday that it had handed over the case, including the device, to police for further investigation.
Police said on Tuesday the 34-year-old suspect had been arrested on voyeurism charges. He has been released on bail, but is required to report to police in early November.
Reports were also filed with the school’s management committee and the Education Bureau.
