Police have arrested a 23-year-old restaurant baker they suspect has indecently exposed himself to at least 10 women in a Wong Tai Sin estate since July. He was picked up at his home on the Choi Hung Estate, where the alleged incidents happened, at about 7pm last night, and officers took away slippers and a pair of shorts. Some of the victims said the man had performed a sex act while exposing himself. Police issued a sketch of the offender earlier this week, but the breakthrough was the result of officers trawling through security camera footage from the estate, including Kam Wah House, Kam Pik House and Kam Hon House. Five cases were linked to these three buildings, which interconnect with the suspect’s block.
