A 54-year-old crane operator died after falling from a truck on a construction site near the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal in Hong Kong on Wednesday.
Emergency personnel were called to the site on Shing Fung Road, on what was the city’s old Kai Tak Airport runway, shortly before 2.30pm.
According to police, the man was working on a crane truck and was loading a 2-metre by 1.5-metre metal plate into the back of the vehicle.
