Man found with son after going missing in Hong Kong arrested for child neglect
Baby was given preliminary check and no superficial injuries were found, but he will be admitted to hospital for further examination, insider says

A father who went missing with his 11-month-old son in Hong Kong has been found and arrested on suspicion of child neglect, the Post has learned.
A source said on Wednesday that the 37-year-old Indonesian, Mukit Alam Pratama, and his son, Mukit Shznjz Putra Pratama, were found in a flat on Ma Wang Road in Yuen Long shortly before 1pm, with the baby showing no visible injuries.
“The baby was given a preliminary check and no superficial injuries were found, but he will be admitted to hospital for further examination,” the insider said.
The source added that the father was arrested on suspicion of child neglect after officers found him and his son.
He remained in custody as of Wednesday afternoon.
Police had appealed for information on Tuesday, a day after they were reported missing and shared photographs of the father and son.
