A Thai man performed CPR on an electrocuted cat, successfully resuscitating it and garnering widespread applause online.

A 27-second video clip posted by the man, known by the handle @bingbing2070, on August 3, attracted 224,000 likes and 2,400 comments.

In the video, Bingbing administers cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) to a cat that was electrocuted while climbing a utility pole.

With one hand, Bingbing steadies the cat’s neck to keep it in position, while his other hand presses against the side of its body. The cat regains consciousness in a matter of moments.

It was later revealed that Bingbing is a veterinary assistant at the Kasetsart University Veterinary Teaching Hospital in Bangkok.
