Young Chinese adults have embraced a unique way of finding partners – chance encounters on job-finding apps.

Platforms like Jiayuan, MarryU, Tantan, and Momo have long been predominant in the online dating scene in China.

But now, online job-seeking apps are encroaching on their territory, as people who initially set out to secure employment accidentally discover romantic partners along the way.
