The massive win took place at a night market in Shangqiu, Henan province, northern China, where a game booth offering a Maserati as the top prize in ring toss challenge attracted many eager participants to try.

A Chinese online influencer, who boasted about earning 300,000 yuan (US$41,000) in a single day by lying in bed and later referred to it as “hard-earned money” has sparked severe backlash online.
