Scorched Earth: El Niño phenomenon brings drought to Southeast Asia

Southeast Asia is suffering its worst drought in decades, with supplies in the Mekong River dwindling for both drinking water and irrigation. Other countries affected include Cambodia , Thailand and Laos.
