Britain’s coronavirus hero Captain Tom Moore dies aged 100

  • The World War II veteran, who raised millions for health care workers by walking around his garden, died after contracting Covid-19
  • For his efforts, which broke two Guinness World Records, Moore was knighted by Queen Elizabeth
