Ukrainian troops cede control of Mariupol plant to Russia
- More than 260 Ukrainian soldiers have left the besieged Azovstal steelworks in the port city of Mariupol after weeks trapped inside
- Russia called the evacuation a mass surrender. The complete capture of the plant would give Moscow its biggest victory of the war yet
