Russian strikes across Ukraine killed at least six people, officials said on Saturday, most of them in an attack on a residential building in the eastern city of Dnipro.

Over 30 people were injured, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said.

Ukraine’s General Staff said Russia launched 47 ballistic and cruise missiles as well as 619 drones of various types.

Ukraine has been warding off a full-scale Russian invasion since February 2022.

Air raid sirens sounded across the country with residents urged to seek shelter.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said “the Russians’ tactics remain unchanged: attack drones, cruise missiles and a significant amount of ballistic missiles”.
