Mike Pence must testify before January 6 grand jury, US judge rules
- The former vice-president was subpoenaed by the special counsel investigating efforts by Trump and his allies to overturn the results of the 2020 election
- Pence had argued that he could not be forced to testify because he was serving in his capacity as president of the Senate that day
