- People wore outfits made of leaves at the Jack in the Green parade in Britain

The usually quiet seaside town of Hastings, Britain, transformed earlier this month as the streets filled with people wearing outfits made from leaves. They participated in the Jack in the Green parade, dressed like the “green man”.
While it is strange that the character represents winter and the parade happens in May, people don’t seem to mind this fact and still have a great time.
What might a person attending the parade be thinking? What other things would they see or hear?
The deadline is at 12pm on May 22. We’ll publish the best ones next week.
