Shogun Burger

For the first time in the city, Regent Hong Kong’s Lobby Lounge is hosting Japan’s award-winning Shogun Burger and its head chef, Atsuko Ohgiya, from May 21 to 27. The pop-up offers a rare chance for locals to savour four signature burgers made with premium Japanese black Wagyu, served with fries or a salad, a drink and a dessert of your choice.

The Aubrey After Dark

Launched last year, The Aubrey After Dark quickly became one of the city’s hottest Friday night destinations. Celebrating its one-year anniversary, the once-a-week nightclub is hosting a month-long series of musical events every Friday in May. Expect performances from the likes of DJ El Toro, aka Andrew Bull, a pioneer of Hong Kong’s nightlife in the 1970s and 80s, and New York-based DJ Hank Korsan. Don’t miss the retrospective night on May 23, which brings back the DJs who helped shape its first year.
