Meriton shapes residential landscape with tailored apartment solutions

Be it a landscaped garden, resort-style swimming pool, playground or on-site childcare centre, there is an amenity tailored to every resident of Meriton properties. Most developments are built with children and families in mind - an aspect that is important to Australia's largest residential apartment developer, which has remained in family hands for more than 50 years.

Every decision is made in-house, and each element - from appliances to paint finishes - is selected by Triguboff, who inspects the building sites every day.

These partnerships are paving the way for upcoming apartments in Zetland, Rosebery, Parramatta, Dee Why, Mascot, Lewisham, Pagewood and Chatswood, among other locations in Sydney. Since expanding into hotel-style accommodation in 2003, the company continues to grow its award-winning Meriton Serviced Apartments chain, with five additional locations on the way in Sydney and the Gold Coast.
