At the helm is Chef Olivier Elzer, a culinary master with 27 Michelin stars to his name. “My new angle for ABA is quite simple,” he explains. “Straightforward French food with beautiful service and excellent wine pairings, all served from a classy, uncomplicated kitchen.” With a knack for weaving tradition with innovation, Chef Olivier brings a bold yet approachable vision to the table. “To me, ‘New Classics’ represent the evolution of tradition without losing its essence. It’s about honoring time-tested French recipes while refreshing them with modern techniques, innovative presentations, and subtle twists that resonate with today’s diners.” says Chef Olivier Elzer.

It begins with the Lobster Salad, where succulent lobster meets creamy avocado, burrata, and fresh butter lettuce—a dish that is both indulgent and refreshing.

A standout, the Skate Wing, reimagines a coastal French delicacy with a Southeast Asian twist.
