[Sponsored Article] The changing role of the workplace The way we work has changed, and businesses everywhere are rethinking the way they operate, bridging technology and physical spaces to fit the needs of today. While hybrid work models encourage efficiency through digital tools, working remotely has also underscored the importance of the physical workplaces in enabling human connection. Businesses pursuing a policy of hybrid work face the challenging task of evolving the office beyond simply a place to work, into a space that enables collaboration and connection. As companies shift the way they work, the spaces they operate must also shift in the way they are designed. As business leaders oversee the change in employee expectations, they must also consider how their role as employers have expanded and how to transition traditional offices into future-proof workspaces that answer to new approaches to productivity and company culture. Getting to the CO:RE of the matter In a move to address these questions, Nespresso Professional has partnered with global design expert M Moser Associates to create CO:RE, an interactive exhibition that explores the themes of co-creation and re-connection. Open to the public from the 25th to 29th of October at the Atrium of Hysan Place, Causeway Bay, the space reimagines the future workplace, raising questions about how it can meet our changing needs as employees and, more importantly, as humans. Visitors will experience the interactive digital exhibition across three themed rooms that combine physical, social and digital concepts to form spaces that activate and inspire. Start by awakening the senses and recharging the mind in the RE:SET room, a digital interactive installation. Step into the CO:CREATE room to complete a moving art-piece through creative collaboration. Finally, visit the RE:CONNECT room, designed for conversation, as you rethink the future of work whilst enjoying a complimentary cup of Nespresso coffee. Exhibition Period: 25 to 29 October Location: Atrium, Hysan Place, Causeway Bay Mastering the hybrid future The exhibit will be the stage for three panel discussions between business leaders from some of the world’s foremost companies, covering topics like employee experience, company culture and workplace collaboration. Tune in virtually to Nespresso’s in-depth coffee chats with movers and shakers from the worlds of design, technology, business and retail, who will share their thoughts on how to navigate change and lead the charge in creating better environment for their employees.
