More flats to go on sale

SUN Hung Kai Properties will put an extra 96 flats on sale at its Meadowlands project in Yuen Long after nearly 160 units were sold at the weekend.

The additional units, ranging from 584 to 913 square feet, will be offered at an average price of $2,556 per sq ft. The developer will register buyers from tomorrow to Wednesday next week and the units will go on sale on April 22.

The company will provide an extra 10 per cent mortgage on top of the 70 per cent available from banks.
