Expansion at Eaton

GREAT Eagle Holdings plans to expand its Eaton Hotel at a cost of $67 million. It wants to build an extension, providing 13 extra floors on the east wing of the hotel, with a gross floor area of about 32,280 square feet.

The project will take about 13 months to complete.

Sun Fook Kong Construction, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sun Fook Kong Holdings, was appointed management contractor and will be paid a fee of eight per cent, up to a limit of $6.4 million, of the construction costs.
