Controls on chemicals

FOUR chemicals, which can be used to make chemical weapons, have been added to the Government's strategic commodities control list.

The latest import and export control list, published yesterday, contains a re-organised, greatly reduced industrial list. Controls in most sectors have been significantly relaxed, according to the Government.
