Car accident

A MAN was killed and two other people were injured when a car hit the railings on Tai Po Road yesterday. The car, driven by Mr Man Fook-shui, 30, ran out of control near Tai Hang Village. Passengers Mr Man Shue-kwai, 40, and Mr Chan Kai-bun, 46, were trapped inside. Mr Chan was certified dead on arrival at hospital. Mr Man Shue-kwai is in fair condition while his brother is in satisfactory condition.
