Tak Wing Investment (Holdings) says its wholly owned construction arm, Wan Hin Co, has been suspended from tendering for further new work and maintenance work contracts for six months as of December 1 last year.
Wan Hin is appealing against the Hong Kong Housing Authority's decision.
