Sharp Brave renamed

Sharp Brave Holdings, a maker of electronic products, is to be renamed Billion International Holdings, following a change of control of the company.

Ming Kee Investments, controlled by Chan Ying-ming, will become beneficial owner of 295.9 million shares, or 51.6 per cent of the issued shares, after it completes the purchase of the second tranche of shares by June 3.
