THIRTEEN people were arrested and 53,200 litres of light diesel oil, 629 litres of marked oil and 560 litres of petroleum, worth an estimated $391,000 plus about $193,000 in duty, was seized by Customs during a crackdown on illicit use and storage of diesel oil.
