Lai Sun, Cosco in China talks

Lai Sun Development has revealed it is in talks with Cosco Group to set up a 50-50 joint venture, to be tentatively named Cosco Lai Sun Infrastructure (China).

The venture, outlined in a circular related to Lai Sun Development's purchase of shares in Cosco Pacific, will include investments in projects such as toll roads, bridges and power plants on the mainland.
