Shun Tak Holdings yesterday outlined a string of deals its subsidiaries have struck with companies controlled by its shareholders in the past few years that had not been disclosed due what it said was a misinterpretation of stock exchange listing rules.

It is seeking waivers from the exchange for strict compliance with disclosure requirements in the rules.
