I WOULD like to congratulate Mr Justice Bokhary on his appointment to the Court of Appeal (South China Morning Post, March 2).

  It is a tribute to the fairness and incorruptibility of the Government that it appointed the judge who wrote the very critical report on the Lan Kwai Fong disaster, which raises questions about some government officials. It is good to know we are in suchsafe hands.
