AN off-duty Gurkha sergeant believed to be under the influence of alcohol, took out his kukri and hit it against the wall of a Mongkok shop last night.
The incident occurred at about 11 pm in a shop in Argyle Street.
Police were called and the sergeant who was with the 10th Gurkha Rifles, stationed at Fanling, was handed over to the Military Police.
