THE Hongkong Dragons drew 3-3 with the Singapore under-23 side in the penultimate match of their southeast Asian rugby union tour yesterday.
Captain Leung Ka-tat kicked a penalty in the second half to counter a Singapore penalty after the sides reached the interval without scoring.
The Dragons play their final and most important match against the Singapore national side tomorrow. However, they will be without prop Mongolia Mak, who was treated in hospital last night for a leg injury.
